Mermaid Enterprises is a boutique style brokerage established in 2007 by Paula Parenzano. Paula’s vast experience in the natural products industry dates back to 1998 when she broke into outside sales working with companies such as Zia Natural Skincare, Rainbow Light, EO, Superior Source Vitamins, Natren Probiotics. Paula’s proven track record to build and grow sales in Southern California, makes her the perfect choice to head up a team of hand picked and highly effective individuals.
We represent only the finest products and goods, products that we believe in. Our motto is truly “ we must love what we sell “ Our mission is to improve the quality of people's health and lives by bringing the innovation of the natural products industry to them. Our network of sales reps and service support individuals are considered the best of the best. We ultimately consider ourselves the liaison between the vendor and the retailer. We take care of everything from product placement, demos, training and education, merchandising, and promotions. Working closely with corporate buyers, we specialize in growing your brand’s bottom line through attention to detail and consistent sales calls. We believe that training and education is the foundation of growing sales. We are expert trainers and educators and love that particular aspect of our job. Our team consists of three sales reps covering a large demographic in Southern California.
Paula Parenzano
Paula Parenzano is the master broker at Mermaid Enterprises. Paula’s credentials and experience date back to 1998 when as a make up artist she transitioned into outside sales. She began working with Zia Natural Skincare in 1998 and doubled the sales for the brand in her territory, Orange County. She was then promoted to Southern California account executive. In 2004 Paula launched Mermaid Cosmetics and began manufacturing her own brand of luxury all natural colored cosmetics.
These skills have enabled Paula to truly see the natural products channel from all aspects; manufacturing , sales, and broker. This level experience has enabled Paula to truly excel within all facets of the broker/client relationship. Paula expanded into representing other brands in 2007 and Mermaid Enterprises was born. A strong work ethic and her keen ability for growing sales is evident in a proven track record. Paula loves what she does and feels especially fortunate to be working with such amazing brands as Superior Source Vitamins, Natren probiotics, Rare Essence, Earths Care, Nectar Essence’s, Annemarie Borlind, A Vogel, Bio Force Brands, and others.

Training and Educational Services:
Why hire an in house trainer when you can sub contract with our team for training and educational purposes. We have highly effective trainers who can do dinner training events, johnny on the spot training per store and or phone training’s. Merchandising
We can handle all of your merchandising needs. We will rally for eye level placement at all of our independent health food stores while simultaneously working with corp buyers to procure better placements. We can also handle all of the Sprouts re-sets and new store openings.
Consulting:
